|At the Brechet Inn your reservation is most important to us.
To secure the booking, and hold your room reservation, the first nights lodging will need to be paid in advance with credit card and is due upon acceptance of your reservation.

Please notify us as soon as possible if your reservation needs to be changed or cancelled.
• Fourteen days or more in advance of arrival: Full refund, minus a $10 processing fee, per room
• Less than fourteen days in advance: Guest is responsible for the cost of the entire reservation.
Cancellations are not accepted by email or through a message left on the phone; you must call and speak with the innkeeper to cancel a reservation. In the event of a cancellation a confirmation will be emailed to you - this email is verification we have recorded your cancellation. No call/no shows are considered a last minute cancellation and are charged for the entire stay.
A 30 day cancellation notice is required on multiple room bookings.
4:00 PM - 6:00 PM.
If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
By 11:00AM - An overstay charge of $30 per hour applies for each full or partial hour past 11:00 AM.
The Brechet Inn is a smoke-free property. A $150 fee will be added to any room with evidence of smoking.
All keys to your room and to the Brechet Inn must be turned in at check-out. A $50 fee will be added to your room charge if the keys are not returned to the front desk.
Due to its intimate nature, our B&B is not recommended for infants and small children. Our guest rooms have a maximum occupancy of two guests per room. Arrangements for older children may be made at the discretion of the Innkeepers. Unaccompanied minors (under age 21) are not allowed.
All room pricing is for double occupancy. Additional guests may be added for a fee of $25 per person for select rooms.
Candle use is not permitted.
